Agreement
By downloading or using Mavy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Mavy is a personal reading companion for iPhone. It helps you run reading sessions, keep a local Trail, and (with Mavy Pro) ask questions about a page you capture. Mavy is not an ebook store, bank, or cloud library. Answers are for personal study and may be imperfect — always trust the book in your hands.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mavy on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except as permitted by law.
Mavy Pro subscriptions
- Optional auto-renewable subscriptions are sold through Apple as in-app purchases.
- Current plans (subject to change in App Store Connect): monthly and yearly, with an introductory free trial where offered.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA also applies to App Store distribution.
Acceptable use
Use Mavy for personal reading and study. Do not use it to infringe copyrights or to build or distribute unauthorized copies of books. Page photos and notes are for your private use on your device.
Disclaimer
Mavy is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that on-device answers will be complete or accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
