Overview

Headroom (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a personal-finance glance for iPhone — leftover until payday, spends, ClearDate, and Net Worth. This policy describes what information is handled when you use Headroom.

No account · no cloud

Headroom does not require an account. We do not operate a user database of your paycheck, bills, loans, assets, or spends. Your numbers stay on your device.

Information on your iPhone

The app stores locally on your device (for example via on-device storage):

• Paycheck — amount, cadence, next payday, optional extra.
• Bills and loans — names, amounts, dues, balances you enter.
• Assets and spends — balances and leftover burns you log.
• Settings — payoff strategy, optional Face ID preference.

Optional Face ID / device authentication uses Apple’s LocalAuthentication on your device and is never sent to us. Receipt text from share, paste, or a photo you pick is parsed on-device.

What we do not collect

Headroom does not include analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or crash-reporting services that upload personal data. App Store Connect privacy answers: Data Not Collected.
